Terms of Service - Global Tech Connection Platform
This section presents the legal framework governing the use of our global tech-link SaaS platform. It details how the credit (token) system works, privacy and data protection policies, rules for posting job offers, and behavioral guidelines for network users. By using our platform, you agree to these terms.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE - t3chjobs.net
Welcome to t3chjobs.net. These Terms and Conditions regulate the access and use of our Global Tech Connection Platform, a Software as a Service (SaaS) provided by Corebytes Chile SpA. By registering, purchasing tokens, subscribing, or using any functionality of the site, you accept this agreement in its entirety and without reservations.
1. Definitions and Nature of the Service
The Platform: An open global network and technological infrastructure designed to connect engineers, developers, and technical recruiters from around the world through two main modalities: direct database talent search and job posting.
Recruiter Users / Companies: Natural or legal persons seeking local or international technical talent and publishing job offers in their respective language.
Professional Users / Tech Talent: Specialists and engineers who index their professional profile in the network to be contacted or to apply for offers.
Tokens: Prepaid virtual credits that allow companies to perform actions within the site, such as posting additional job offers or requesting access to a professional's contact information.
2. Autonomy, Direct Dealing, and Zero Commissions
Direct Dealing: All agreements, negotiations, hiring, or commercial relationships following the link between both parties are conducted with total autonomy between the Recruiter and the Professional.
Zero Commissions: The platform does not charge commissions for hiring, brokerage, or percentages on agreements reached between the parties. The service is strictly limited to the provision of the search, posting, and initial linking software.
3. Job Posting, Token Acquisition, and Billing
Job Offers: Companies may post a limited number of offers for free upon initial registration. Once these initial courtesies are exhausted, the use of tokens will be required to make new posts.
Prices in Dollars: The platform's services and tokens are priced exclusively in US Dollars (USD) internationally. Any currency conversion performed by payment gateways or local banking entities to the platform's account is outside the responsibility of the service.
Tax Documentation: Electronic tax documentation or a digital payment receipt (Invoice) will be issued for user transactions, according to the issuer's legal nature and international e-commerce regulations.
Token Expiration: Purchased tokens have a definitive validity of 12 months (1 year) from the date of purchase. After this period, they will automatically expire without the right to a refund or compensation.
No Refund Policy: The purchase of tokens constitutes the acquisition of a digital right of use with immediate execution; therefore, the amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.
4. Linking Dynamics, Unlocking, and Information Visibility
To ensure privacy and prevent inappropriate behavior, the system operates under strict visibility and consent rules:
Controlled Initial Visibility: When a company posts a job offer, its detailed information remains initially hidden. The platform will only publicly display the job title and the required technical stacks. The full content of the notice will only be revealed to the candidate once there is mutual acceptance to coordinate an interview.
Mandatory Acceptance for Contact Data: A recruiter may request information from a profile, but the direct contact data of both parties will only be unlocked if the Professional explicitly accepts to initiate a conversation or interview.
30-Day Availability for Privacy: Once the link request is accepted, reciprocal data will be visible in the control panel for a continuous period of 30 calendar days. After this period, the link expires for strict security and information privacy reasons, automatically hiding the information again.
5. Post-Moderation Policy and User Control
Presumption of Good Faith: Registration, initial system use, and job posting by companies and candidates are based on the principle of good faith. The platform does not perform a mandatory pre-evaluation of all content published worldwide before its issuance.
Reports and Blocks: If a user is reported by the community or if the site administration detects a breach of basic behavioral rules (such as fraud, inappropriate content, misleading offers, or harassment), the platform will proceed to block and permanently cancel the account. In the event of a sanction for misuse, all accumulated tokens will be lost without the right to claim.
6. Personal Data Protection (International Standards)
The platform acts under the principles of data minimization and explicit consent in accordance with Law No. 19.628 of Chile (the origin country of the service parent company) and international standards for privacy and digital data protection.
No direct contact data (emails, phones, private profiles) will be exposed openly on the global network without secure interaction controlled by tokens and the express authorization of the professional user.
All users maintain absolute control of their information, being able to edit, pause, or remove their visibility on the platform at any time from their configuration panel.
7. Total Exclusion of Legal Responsibility
As we do not participate in conversations, contracts, or negotiations, the platform assumes no responsibility for the results of interviews, the technical aptitude of the professional, the veracity of the profiles or published offers, nor the fulfillment of conditions agreed upon in labor or independent (freelance or remote) agreements that are consolidated externally. The platform only provides the initial point-to-point technological link.
8. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
For services provided within the national territory, this agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile, under the courts of Santiago. For international users, any dispute related to the SaaS platform will be resolved through applicable international e-commerce dispute resolution mechanisms, under principles of good faith.
